Refund policy

Most items we offer are subject to a refund. The exceptions to this rule are as follows; Gift Cards, Any Items that has been printed on (I.E. Official Name and Number Jerseys).

Within 30 days from the date of purchase we will gladly refund, or credit your order, provided the following criteria are met.

  • Still in original, brand-new condition, showing no sign of customization, laundering, wear, or use of any kind.
  • Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition. Thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. If the item arrived as a set, such as a tracksuit, all parts of the set must be returned.
  • The original tag, plastic wrap, box, etc. that arrived with the order must be present.

Please do not attempt to return your merchandise if it does not qualify for a return, as we will not be able to process your return and cannot ship the items back to you.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Soccer World is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
